Real Madrid lost their pre season El Clasico, and you know what that means!!

4 August 2024 • 131 views • 4 min read

So the preseason kicked off and, well, Real Madrid fans have already seen two losses. They even lost the preseason El Clasico. Sure, it’s just preseason, but every El Clasico counts, right? Well, maybe not this one, at least for us Madridistas.

El Clasico hit New Jersey tonight, with the two Spanish giants squaring off in a preseason friendly. Spain and Europe’s reigning champs kicked off their summer with a 1-0 loss to AC Milan, and now they’re up against their biggest rivals at MetLife Stadium—where they ended up losing 2-1, with Pau Victor scoring two for them and Nico Paz on the score sheet for us. And you know what that means? We are going to dominate the main season now. It’s a story, that repeats every season.

However on a brighter note, Arda GĂźler kept turning heads for Real Madrid. The young midfielder was all about showing off his skills, cool as ever under pressure, and escaping tight spots with some slick moves. GĂźler was a bright spot the whole game, and he even chipped in with a sweet assist to Nico Paz in the 82nd minute just a little too late, though.

Barca fans are definitely celebrating this win, and hey, they should—it's probably the only thing they'll have to celebrate this season. But with Madrid’s loss, they’re more fired up than ever. Remember last season when Carvajal said they’d show Barca what’s what in the main season? And they did—Barca lost all three El Clasicos, with an aggregate score of 8-5. So, enjoy this one, Barca fans!

With the main season around the corner, expect some serious action. Real Madrid will be looking to bounce back strong, with new signings settling in and veterans stepping up. Barcelona will try to carry their preseason momentum, but we’ll see if they can keep it going. El Clasico clashes are bound to be intense, with both teams eager to prove a point. It’s going to be a season where every match matters.

Hala Madrid Y Nada Mas 🤍
